Terms & Conditions for Online Dance Workshop

1. Registration and Consent
   By registering for the workshop, participants give their consent for their personal information to be stored in our system. This information will be used for the purpose of providing updates and communication related to the workshop, including necessary follow-ups and future event notifications.

2. Workshop Participation
   The workshop is conducted online. Upon successful registration, participants will receive access details (links, schedules, etc.) for the sessions. By registering, participants agree to attend the workshop and follow all the rules and guidelines set by the organizers.

3. Cancellation Policy
   You have the option to cancel your registration within 14 days of booking. Cancellations made within this period will be eligible for a full refund, minus a 5% cancellation fee. This 5% fee will be deducted from the total amount paid by the customer in the event of a cancellation. If the cancellation occurs after the 14-day period, no refund will be issued.
   Cancellation of a transaction is in accordance with the Consumer Protection (Cancellation), Htsa'a -2010 and the Consumer Protection Act, 1981.

4. Refunds
   Refunds will only be provided if the cancellation occurs within the 14-day period as stated in the cancellation policy. After this time, no refunds will be issued.

5. Use of Data
   By registering for the workshop, you agree that your personal details may be stored and used for communication related to the workshop. We respect your privacy and will not share your information with any third parties without your consent.

6. Liability
   While we take all necessary precautions to ensure the safety and success of the workshop, participants take full responsibility for their actions during the online sessions. By attending, participants agree to release the organizers from any liability related to injuries or accidents that may occur during the sessions.

7. Modifications
   The organizers reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions or change any details of the workshop at any time. Participants will be notified of any changes using the contact details provided during registration.
